Some CL 95 Inc. orders do not include a return form and label in the box. If you need a return for your order, please send the product back with original order form and mail the product back to us. After your return is received, we'll refund your original payment method. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

The shipping address cannot be changed on an order after it's placed.

PRIVACY POLICY PRIVACY STATEMENT SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION? When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. SECTION 2 – CONSENT How do you get my consent? When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. SECTION 4 – SHOPIFY Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. Once the order is received, you can send the item back following these simple instructions here For Domestic orders, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. For international orders, please allow 5-7 business days for order processing and verification To protect our customers, CL-95 is unable to change/intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery, we will only ship to the address provided at checkout. However, you can schedule a pick up at a UPS location or reschedule a delivery date via UPS My Choice. Due to our Fraud Protection Policy, all online orders are required to have identical Billing and Shipping Addresses. To minimize any fraudulent transactions, any orders with different shipping and billing addresses will not be processed. We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders INTERNATIONAL CL-95 now offers DHL Express. Please note, you will be paying for shipping only at checkout. Taxes and Duties are not calculated at checkout and you, the customer are responsible for paying these Taxes and Duties at the time of delivery. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE We are not responsible for any lost, stolen shipments. However, if your package does not arrive please contact [email protected] to initiate a UPS Claim. RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY For your convenience, CL-95 offers our customers the option to return within 30 days of purchase excluding certain products (For Example Final sale items, International Orders, and Class of 95 Footwear Collections). For all returns click here. Please enter the email used for your order and follow the instructions on our Return Portal to receive your instantaneous electronic shipping label and tracking number. The packaging must be intact and the product must be unused with all tags attached. Any footwear returned must be returned with the original box. Any CL-95 products that is delivered defective may be sent back to our store for a full refund or replacement if the product is available. For any factory flaws (i.e. broken strap, torn heel tab or loose stitching after a few wears) please contact the vendors directly to open a damaged product claim. CL-95 does not accept any worn or damaged products. For returns, customers will be granted an online gift card equal to the amount of item(s) returned, minus an $8 shipping fee. Original shipping cost will not be reimbursed. A shipping label will be generated upon request of a return or exchange. The online store credit is not transferable to our brick and mortar CL-95 Locations.
